Where are you located?

-We are located in a small town right outside the Lincoln Tunnel in New Jersey! Yes, we know you're jealous! New Jersey Bagels for breakfast, and New York Pizza for Lunch, what could be better than that! 


What types of garments do you offer?

-We can provide you with almost any type of garment! T-shirts are most popular, but we can even make you a pair of customized underwear!


Can I choose the color of the garment?

-Yes! We might suggest other options only if we believe the garment color might clash with the design!


How do I submit my design or logo?

- Please attach the design or logo in an email as a PNG or JPEG. Please make sure to send a high quality file. Any requested adjustments of the design or logo made by our team may result in a fee. 


What is your pricing structure?

 -We have a one garment minimum! Because of this, we have a set pricing structure that is based on the quantity of garments, design, and design size / placement. We also have a pricing structure that is based on designs printed in multiple areas 


What is your turnaround time?

-We are currently operating on a two-week schedule. This can change at any given time, please remember we are a small business! Once sizes and quantities are confirmed by our team, we can ship/ deliver the garments to you two weeks from the next business day. 

However the more notice the better! If you are starting to plan a month or longer in advance, reach out to us! We don’t mind!



Do you have minimum order quantities?

-We do not have a minimum order quantity! We can make a single garment or as many as 1,000! Need more than 1,000? We’re up for the challenge!!


Can I see a mockup or sample before placing a large order?

-Yes! We can provide a mockup before placing any order! At this point in time we can not provide physical samples.


What are your payment terms and methods?

-We Accept All Major Credit Cards including Apple Pay & PayPal (Net 10 Terms) Please note A Credit Card Processing Fee Of 3.3% Is Charge on when paying via credit card

-We accept Cash & Checks only if we are delivering the order, and Must Be Paid Upon Delivery (COD Terms) Checks Can Be Made Out To Cash Or Urban Lifestyle By Derek Jensen

-We also accept Checks and Purchase orders for orders that are delivered via UPS & USPS.


Do you offer shipping and delivery options?

-We offer shipping across the United States Of America. We can only deliver within the New Jersey / New York Area, a small fee may be charged for delivery over 20 miles from our studio.


What is your return/exchange policy on custom orders?

-All custom, group, and fundraiser orders are final sale. 


Can you accommodate rush orders or special requests?

-We can accommodate rush orders to the best of our ability! We don’t like to say no, but if we absolutely feel that we won’t have enough of a turnaround time, we will.


Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

 -Yes and yes! Please reach out via the custom & group order tab on our website and share the required details listed on the page with us!

Is your logo attached to the garments?

-Yes! We take pride in our work! It is a part of our design process to attach a ULBDJ tag to the bottom hem of all garments produced by us! Along with a removable hang tag at the neck.
